Sue is the best. I order from her at least twice a month.
I had to order a custom tablecloth for a marketing event and used AI to help me find a quality printer with decent prices. Shirt in a Cup did not disappoint. For the price point and for the speed at which this was ordered and then in my hands, I would highly recommend people order from this company. While a company that runs its products to their customer in record time is clearly great customer service, I cannot review this without mentioning how helpful, attentive and pleasant their customer service team was. I received support from Sue and she not only answered my questions, but she took the time to mock up additional options so that I could see my logo contrasting against different color tablecloths and ultimately, I went with one she suggested. If you are looking for good quality that doesn't break your bank account, run, don't walk to order from this company. And, if you are lucky, maybe you'll get Sue as your customer service rep.

Best experience ever! Iโm a new business owner and trying my best to spend my money wisely while getting my brand out there. This custom tablecloth helped my business look professional and put together. Itโs a high quality fabric too, I was handing out food samples and a little spillage didnโt cause any stains. And the quality of the custom work is amazing. She was very helpful in editing my Canva image and placing it in a great location on the tablecloth. For my table perfectly! Will be back for more business and highly recommend Shirt in a Cup!!!
After my first order from a diff seller was unexpectedly cancelled due to a family emergency, I was so stressed trying to find a replacement. Then Sue from *Shirtinacup* stepped in and completely saved the day! She offered to rush my order, and I couldnโt be more grateful.
At 3 a.m. on Saturday, I saw that my order was sent, and by 4 a.m., it was cancelled again โ I was frantic! But Sue was amazing from start to finish. She communicated quickly, worked fast, and delivered the most beautiful bags Iโve ever seen.
The color, print, and quality of the bags are absolutely perfect! We are beyond excited and will work with Sue again and as often as warranted! You are my go-to now! So so grateful to have this new relationship with someone who operates as a true professional and goes above and beyond!!!
