FAQ'S
1. When will my order ship?
For non-customized orders, processing takes 2-5 business days, while customized items typically require 7-12 business days. Please allow for slight variations based on customization complexity and order volume. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday- Friday. Orders on the weekend are processed the following business day. Please review our shipping policy for further details.
2. I can't track my order.
Tracking numbers will be generated immediately after a customer's order is processed. We print orders and shipping labels at the same time. Your tracking information will update as soon as USPS has scanned and processed your order in their system.
3. My order says "delivered" but I haven't received anything.
If you have not received your package after it says it has been delivered you will need to contact your local post office. Once packages are in the hands of USPS, Shirt in a Cup is no longer responsible. Shirt in a Cup is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced packages as well as incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided by the customer.
4. I never received a notification for my order.
Please make sure your information is CORRECT when making a purchase. Please input the email address and phone number you want to receive your updates with. If an item is returned to us for incorrect information we will refund the order upon arrival. If you do not provide an email during purchase you will not receive an email conformation. Please check your SPAM FOLDER as well for email notifications.
5. I picked the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivered item. Items must be in new condition to receive an exchange. Please email us at Support@shirtinacup.com for an exchange request. All items are made to order so please double check your size, color and quantity. (Please check our return/exchange policies for further information)
6. I received the wrong product.
If an error was made on our part, please email us at Support@shirtinacup.com. We will require a picture of the item you were sent for our records.
7. I forgot to use my discount.
Once an order is made, we cannot manually go in and add a discount. We are only able to cancel your order.
8. My shirts arrived wrinkled.
For wrinkled shirts, we suggest washing them as directed and ironing to smooth out wrinkles. This should restore their appearance.
