FAQ'S

1. How do I order a customized product?

To place a custom order, select your product and email your artwork to shirtinacup@gmail.com along with your order number. Please include any specific instructions such as print area, colors, or logo placement.

2. Will I receive a mockup before production?

Yes! You’ll receive a digital mockup for your approval before printing begins.

3. What is included in the price?

The listed price includes front print only for both table covers and tote bags.

Additional print areas (such as sides, back, or top for table covers, or back print for tote bags) are available for an extra cost.

Please select additional print areas at checkout or email us for a quote.

4. What type of printing do you use?

We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) and UV DTF printing for vibrant, durable, full-color results that hold up beautifully over time.

All items are professionally heat-pressed and quality-checked before shipping.

5. When will my customized product ship?

After your mockup is approved, customized orders ship within the 1-3 business days.

If you have a deadline, let us know — rush service is available, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

6. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for businesses, schools, weddings, and events.

Please contact shirtinacup@gmail.com with your quantity and design details for a personalized quote.

7. Are customized products returnable?

Customized products are non-returnable since each item is made uniquely for you.

However, if there is an issue with your order (such as a printing error or wrong item received), please contact us immediately at shirtinacup@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

8. How should I care for my table cover?

To keep your table cover looking its best:

  • Wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not bleach.
  • If wrinkles appear, use a low-heat iron or steamer on the reverse side.

Avoid folding tightly over printed areas — roll or fold loosely to reduce press lines.

9. What’s the difference between Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Comfort Colors?

Bella+Canvas is a premium, lightweight, very soft shirt with a modern, slightly fitted style. It runs a bit longer than other brands, making it perfect for anyone who prefers extra length—especially tall customers.

Gildan shirts are great for events or group orders. They’re budget-friendly and durable, offering a more classic fit that’s ideal for bulk or promotional use.

Comfort Colors are super soft with a relaxed, boxy fit. They have that cozy, lived-in feel people love and are perfect if you prefer a more laid-back, oversized look.

10. How should I wash my printed items?

Turn inside out, wash in cold water, and tumble dry low to keep prints vibrant.

Avoid ironing directly over the design or using bleach or harsh detergents.

11. I can't track my order.

Tracking numbers are generated once your order is processed.

They’ll update once USPS scans and begins moving your package through their system.

12. My order says "delivered" but I haven't received anything.

If your tracking shows “delivered,” check with your local post office and neighbors.

Shirt in a Cup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we’ll assist you in filing a USPS claim if needed.

13. I never received a notification for my order.

Make sure your email address is correct during checkout and check your spam folder.

If your email was entered incorrectly, you may not receive confirmation or tracking updates.

14. I picked the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivered item. Items must be in new condition to receive an exchange. Please email us at Support@shirtinacup.com for an exchange request. All items are made to order so please double check your size, color and quantity.
